AI agent development and LLM integration services
I work as a fractional applied AI engineer: a few months, or a fixed sprint, inside your team, so the work ships instead of staying a prototype. The four sections below are the work I take.
How the role differs from a consultant or an agency is on the forward deployed engineer page . To start, use the contact page .
AI agent builds
An agent that does one job in your operation, with a limit on what it is allowed to change.
- A defined job, such as reading a record, drafting a reply, or filing a field note, against your live data.
- Permissions that match the person who would have done the job by hand.
- An audit trail so a person can see what the agent read and what it wrote.
- A way to turn it off without taking the rest of the product down.
LLM integration into existing products
The model lives inside the product you already ship, not in a separate chat tab.
- A feature in your current UI, using your auth and your design.
- Retrieval or tool calls against your own records, scoped to the tenant and the role.
- A small eval set built from your real cases, so "good" means good on your data.
- Failure behavior a user can understand: a refusal, a handoff, or a draft a person edits.
AI workflow automation
A loop your team repeats becomes a path, and a person still owns the step that needs judgment.
- The current path written down, including the exceptions, before any automation.
- Software for the steps that are copying, sorting, or checking a known rule.
- A human check where a wrong action costs money, safety, or trust.
- Handover so the team can change the path when the business changes.
Technical AI strategy
A decision your team can execute: what to build, what to buy, and what to skip.
- A review of the workflow and the systems it already touches.
- A recommendation on model, vendor, and where the work should live in your stack.
- A note on what a later build or hire needs to be true.
- No production system. If you want the build, that is a retainer or a sprint.
